Mathematical Communication is a developing collection of resources for engaging students in writing and speaking about mathematics, whether for the purpose of learning mathematics or of learning to communicate as mathematicians.

This site is yours. To suggest improvements or to contribute materials, use the form below.

Some pages include an explicit request for contributions to that page, but contributions are welcome for all parts of the site. For example, you could

  • suggest improvements to the text on a page,
  • provide a weblink to a good existing resource,
  • contribute your own classroom-tested materials to be hosted on this site,
  • volunteer to flesh out a weak area of the site, or
  • otherwise improve the usefulness of this site for the wide range of educators who have an interest in mathematical communication.
